CONSULTATION SERVICES FOR "DO IT YOURSELFERS"

Blue Ocean Construction Inc. is pleased to offer a unique consultation service to assist individuals that require guidance in the following areas

1.     PURCHASING A HOME :   

• We will provide support and direction with respect to the general condition of the home (NOTE: THIS NOT A HOME INSPECTION)
• The Home's potential limitations requirements and approximate costs to perform any renovations
• Realistic and candid opinions of the property itself

2.     RENOVATIONS BY OWNER : 

• Provide you with contacts, contacts and resources for the project
• Advise you of any potential risks
• Assess the condition of your home and its potential to renovate
• Problem solving
• Provide documentation used in Professional Construction Projects

3.     BUILDING YOUR OWN HOME :

• Discuss procedures for building
• Provide actual construction documentation for use during the project
• Assist during Pre construction and planning
• Attend Owner/Trade meetings and provide unbias opinions and  resolutions to construction issues
• Provide contacts such as Subcontractors, Suppliers and required consultants etc.
• Problem solving

4.     MEDIATION

• We will attend meetings between the Owner and Trades to assist with dispute resolution, problem solving & mediation

          COST/FEES

• All consultation services are provided  at an hourly rate and paid on a daily or weekly basis

         $ 100.00 PER HOUR (Plus GST)

         **Note: Additional costs may include : Travel time, Administration Services, Documentation
